The optional speaking experience includes both days of The Spotlight Experience, plus:

  • Prepare with Ileana: Work on your message during a coaching call before the event.
  • Share your expertise: Deliver a 5 to 7 minute talk on stage and receive live coaching.
  • Show people what you bring: Leave with a professional video of your talk to share with event hosts and potential clients.
  • Work more closely with Ileana: Join a private group working lunch and spend two hours with Ileana during the event.
